A: Here is a quick guide.

DEFAULT ip address is 192.168.1.1 , you need connect a PC by WIRED cable directly to the router (1 of the network port). Username is admin and password is also admin.

Here is how to do a factory default if you still have problems. 

1. HOLD the small button on the back (WPS button I believe), and KEEP HOLDING it

2. Power on the router and WAIT 10 SECONDS

3. Release it.
