Q: What is the shipping price for pallets?

A: For Canada and USA, the shipping cost for pallets is $1000. For those who live nearby you can pick up locally at our office, 2133 Carp Road in Ottawa. For International, please contact us if you are looking to buy large quantities of items.

Q: Product warranty?

A: We offer 30 days money back for any purchase less than $500 value. The buyer pays return shipping cost. 

Q: Where did you ship this item from?

A: In Canada, we ship from Ottawa, Ontario. For USA, we ship from Ogdensburg, NY 13669

Q: Can I get product support from you if you I don't know how to configure modem/phone?

A: We offer basic support and it's available at, or SMS at 613-888-1111. Sorry, no phone support.

Q: I signed internet plan through your company and now it's not working, how can I get support?

Q: What kind of discounts do you offer?

A: Not all of our products have available discounts. You can check for a coupon code in the description. Otherwise, shipping is free for orders over $50, no code required.

Q: When are you available for pickup?

A: It is best to give us a call in advance if you are planning to pickup. We are in our store Monday to Friday from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm.
